Your Role and Responsibilities
A FP&A student will support the Analyst on the financial planning and analysis function of an organization. They participate in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning exercises, and analyze financial performance against plans. They also prepare ad hoc analyses, dashboards, and visualizations to inform decision-making.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Require advanced analytical skills, particularly in data interpretation and visualization, to create accurate forecasts and budgets. They need proficiency in using financial modeling software and tools, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of economic indicators and market trends. Strong communication and presentation abilities are essential for effectively presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Additionally, they must demonstrate strategic thinking and decision-making skills to contribute to overall organizational success.
