IBM Global Talent Marketing Specialist - Entry level in São Paulo, Brazil

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Talent Marketing Specialist on IBM's Global Talent Marketing and Employer Brand team, you'll manage the overarching strategic and tactical talent marketing and employer branding strategy and execution for one of our most critical markets. You will combine your marketing and employer brand knowledge to design data-driven solutions that help us attract quality talent at speed. In this role, you'll be encouraged to challenge the norm, investigate new and innovative solutions to help IBM meet their attraction and hiring needs around the world. You'll be supported by a team of strategic marketing and brand gurus, who lean into collaboration, and empower independent thinking and decision-making while serving as a strategic partners willing to ideate, execute and deliver by your side.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The role is an un-rivaled combination of driving traditional employer branding and talent attraction tactics while continuously embedding innovative ideas to redefine how candidates experience the IBM employer brand. You will help develop the strategy and execute at a tactical level, with focus on hiring needs globally. In this role, you will:

  • Build comprehensive end-to-end employer brand and talent marketing campaigns, targeting passive talent using a broad-based multi-channel approach (career site, social media, job boards, email, content, referrals, sourcing partnerships, and more).

  • Be hyper-focused on channel marketing best-practices and identify opportunities to proactively innovate based on the latest industry trends.

  • Track and evaluate campaign performance against our target KPIs to determine ROI and campaign optimization opportunities.

  • Manage the candidate experience of potential and future hires, using CRM technology to engage and nurture potential talent.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of hiring needs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong presentation building skills, with heavy focus on Executive Summary presentations that center on clarity, brevity, and impact.

  • Excellent presentation delivery skills, along with ability to effectively manage stakeholders.

  • Strong experience in driving data-driven marketing solutions that drive quality talent at top-of-funnel (job views, applications, and conversions and / or candidate CRM leads)

  • Problem-solver with the ability and drive to quickly identify solutions that attract quality talent at speed.

  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing campaign design and execution.

  • An understanding of the nuances in some of our most critical hiring markets such as but not limited to India, Poland, Slovakia, etc.

  • Fluent level of English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Video editing skills, email marketing skills, end-to-end project management skills

  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work.

  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition / Attraction and Marketing industry; has built attraction programs at large/complex companies previously.

  • Solid understanding of how to attract and convert candidates.

  • Solid experience and a clear understanding of local nuances for early professional and professional hiring attraction
