Job Description Summary

This position is to take lead in execution of the channel operation for full cycle of dealer management to ensure efficiency and compliant channel operation for business growth, will include, but not limited to conduct dealer onboarding, training, authorization, termination, etc. , also will include to assist in the channel operation process optimization, review operation processes and analyze the dealer-related data regularly.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support to complete dealer lifecycle, e.g. new dealer onboarding, dealer’s agreement & authorization management, scorecard, realignment & termination, etc. for designated region.

  • Lead dealer annual contract signing and authorization.

  • Build effective communication on channel operation policy with dealers & sales to ensure complete implementation.

  • As focal person of designated BU, regularly review operation processes of the dealer management and take action to drive improvement.

  • Regularly analyze the dealer-related data impact to support the channel management decision.

  • Support channel department to achieve the goals of standardization and continuous optimization on the whole channel operation process & the relevant SOPs.

  • Carry out other projects or tasks assigned by the Country Service Manager (CSM) & Support other tasks as needed.

  • Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to GE Secure, GE Behavior in Business, GE Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, GE Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

  • Inventory management for Channel and Service partners

  • Technical Trainings and CP/SP compliance

  • Accounts receivable, past due management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • At least 5-years’ channel operation or management experience in healthcare industry.

  • Goodknowledge/understandingof medical equipment or device are preferred.

  • Good English reading and writing skills.

  • Good command of office software, including strong PPT presentation, data analysis and tackling capability.

  • Strong learning ability, executive ability, and pressure tolerance.

  • Good team spirit and cooperation.

  • Excellent communication skills, good at internal and external interpersonal relations.
