Tallahassee lighting manufacturer is looking for a self starting, dynamic administrative professional to join their team. This opportunity is temporary and will run through December 2024. In this position you will be required to:

  • Communication: Answering and directing phone calls, taking and delivering messages, writing and distributing emails, letters, memos, and other correspondence

  • Scheduling: Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, and managing the office calendar

  • Filing: Developing and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical

  • Supplies: Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers

  • Support: Providing general support to visitors, acting as a point of contact for clients, and assisting other staff members

  • Reports: Preparing regularly scheduled reports, meeting agendas, and invoices, and submitting and reconciling expense reports

  • Equipment: Ensuring the operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment

*Background check, urine drug screening and attention to detail skills assessment required**

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
