Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for GE Aerospace customer operations team at GEEVES.

  • Utilize FLIGHT DECK to transform and progress customer experience at GEEVES by implementing standard work and working closely with the shop.

  • People leader with past experience leading a team and driving meaningful change.

  • Function as primary liaison between internal GE organizations and customers/MRO.

  • Provide coordination with other GE Customer organizations through the Customer Team process and lead standard work adoption and development.

  • Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned CF6 T&M customers.

  • Provide coordination with other GE Customer organizations through the Customer Team process and lead standard work adoption and development.

  • Manage the Time & Material services profitability metrics for assigned contracted SV. Represent GE in business and contractual discussions with customer.

  • Review invoices and collect cash in a timely manner. Establish productivity goals by contract or product.

  • Organize and support program and technical reviews with customer. Determine and flow down customer shop visit forecasts.

  • Contribute to key Services operational processes including induction scheduling for your customer.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Aviation. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience).
