Title and Summary

Manager, Account Management

Responsibilities

• Acts as the ultimate owner of Israeli Financial Institutions accounts

• Lead sales opportunities and achieve business targets for Mastercard from new business and existing customers

• Influences Customer account strategies using analytical problem solving and leveraging data tools to provide market data and customer specific recommendations

• Supports project execution across all business functions including business development, advertising, marketing and product management

• Provides insight in the analysis of customer’s business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis

• Participates in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally

• Partners with the product team and other internal partners and key stakeholders to initiate all sales cycles within its managed accounts

• Develops and maintains strong working relationships, working closely with cross-functional partners within the regions

• Helps in complex customer support situations and orchestrating between internal teams and customers

• Develop new business opportunities within the accounts managed

Experiences

• At least 3-5 years experience in either an account management role in a tech company/startup or alternatively within management consulting

• Sales or Business development experience

• Previous experience in a global environment (Advantage)
