Adecco US, Inc. Collections Specialist in Tempe, Arizona
Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our client’s team in Tempe, AZ. This is a 12-month contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
Shift Hours: Shifts vary based on business need, applicants must be flexible
Early Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Thursday
Late Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Thursday
Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior collections experience
Knowledge of collections or repossession processes
Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities:
Efficiently collect assigned accounts, aiming for a minimum of 95% efficiency.
Meet or exceed performance targets for collection efforts, including daily contact quotas, repossession inventory, and past due budget.
Process customer drafts, fee waivers, Right to Cure, and other deferrals, adhering to written policy guidelines.
Order updated credit bureau reports or initiate skip tracing as needed.
Document all collection efforts according to established procedures.
Process customer payments electronically.
Regularly communicate with management regarding the status of problem accounts.
Provide general customer service support.
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
