Main responsibilities:

The Trade Regional (Sr.) Manager is tasked to lead regional trade team to develop local distribution networks to deliver expected channel performance and support overall company business growth in the region. This role focuses on building robust client relationships, identifying and capturing new growth opportunities, as well as developing team knowledge and capability.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Distribution management within the region

  • Manage distribution network, understanding key customer needs, and ensuring product or service delivery.

  • Monitor business performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Maximize business opportunities through in-depth collaboration with key customers

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet regional business objectives

  • Lead and manage a team of Trade Managers, providing mentorship and driving capability building

About you

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience & knowledge & Competencies:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical Trade management.

  • Strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of market dynamics within the assigned region.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good in written and spoken English Languages.

  • Honesty, integrity, Diligence and attention to details;

  • Handle opportunities and key result areas;

  • Abilities of analyzing and solving problems;

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
