Job Title: Shipping Coordinator
Job Description
As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing freight. Your daily tasks will include sorting purchase, work, and repair orders of incoming freight, opening containers and matching paperwork to parts, and inspecting for visual damage. You will also be expected to open work orders for incoming shop service work and install protective devices to prevent damage during transportation. Your role also involves validating content, weighing all outbound shipments, and ensuring that shipment documentation matches the carrier as well as the parts and units being shipped. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized work area will be part of your duty.
