Veralto Account Receivable Analyst in Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico

The Account Receivable Analyst is responsible for performing complex credit problems independently and makes decisions regarding credit extension and credit holds.

This position is part of the credit and collection department located in Tlalnepantla de Baz, Mexico and will be hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Responsible for developing relationships to facilitate the collections of accounts receivable and resolving internal/external issues preventing timely payment with customers and important stakeholders such as sales and customer service.

  • Conduct collection calls, emails, and customer visits to collect accounts receivables.

  • Negotiate customer disputes to resolution and document root cause.

  • Resolve payment discrepancies; respond to invoice inquiries, proof of delivery and statement requests.

  • Conduct monthly and needed calls with sales team to review special cases.

  • Review purchase orders, contracts, and any other agreements to determine proper invoice and account set up.

  • Ensure accounts aging is mainly between 1 to 30 days, excellent manage of old invoices to prevent write offs

  • Analyse customer financial condition and authorize customer credit lines.

  • May analyse D&B (or Other Financial reports) and customer financial statements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 3-5 years in similar position

  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet, and related computer skills.

El Analista de Cuentas por Cobrar es responsable de resolver problemas de crédito complejos de manera independiente y tomar decisiones sobre la extensión de crédito y retenciones de crédito.

Esta posición es parte del departamento de crédito y cobranza ubicado en Tlalnepantla de Baz, México y será híbrida.

En este rol, un día típico será:

  • Desarrollar relaciones para facilitar la cobranza de cuentas por cobrar y resolver problemas internos/externos que impidan el pago oportuno con clientes y partes interesadas importantes, como el equipo de ventas y servicio al cliente.

  • Realizar llamadas de cobranza, enviar correos electrónicos y visitar clientes para cobrar cuentas por cobrar.

  • Negociar disputas con clientes hasta su resolución y documentar la causa raíz.

  • Resolver discrepancias de pago; responder a consultas de facturas, comprobantes de entrega y solicitudes de estados de cuenta.

  • Realizar llamadas mensuales y necesarias con el equipo de ventas para revisar casos especiales.

  • Revisar órdenes de compra, contratos y cualquier otro acuerdo para determinar la correcta configuración de facturas y cuentas.

  • Asegurar que el envejecimiento de cuentas sea principalmente entre 1 a 30 días, excelente manejo de facturas antiguas para prevenir incobrables.

  • Analizar la condición financiera de los clientes y autorizar líneas de crédito.

  • Puede analizar informes de D&B (u otros informes financieros) y estados financieros de clientes.

Los requisitos esenciales del trabajo incluyen:

  • 3-5 años en una posición similar.

  • Experiencia utilizando Microsoft Office, Internet y habilidades informáticas relacionadas.

  • Título en Contabilidad/Finanzas
