This Analyst role is part of the Americas HR Business Partner, Solutions Center, and Talent Acquisition regional functions.

As the HR Analyst, you support regional projects by coordinating work efforts to create deliverables by specific timelines using agile project methodology to improve the digital adoption of HR employees through the modernization of their HR tools and processes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for the orchestration of automation as a solution to streamline and improve the efficiency of regional processes, HR tools, and reporting key performance metrics

  • Responsible for the coordination and fulfillment of deliverables for regional projects supporting the digital adoption of Americas HR Business Partners, Solutions Center, and Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for providing accurate data analysis for requested clients that focuses on quality and currency

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of standardized, consistent approaches to HR tools and process improvement via standard operating procedures

  • Experience with handling confidential data following HR best practices for security, confidentiality, and risk mitigation

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting support on projects or unique requests as requested by HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, and the HR Solutions Center

  • Promote self-service reporting functionality with end users via reporting technology like Power BI to improve the return on request turnaround time

  • Monitor existing and legacy processes to offer recommendations for continuous process improvement, automation efficiency, and digital adoption of HR tools by the Americas HR employees

  • Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase efficiencies

  • Responsible for publication of recurring reports and presentations (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, etc.) for business clients, HR Business Partners, and HR Leadership

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience analyzing and reporting data for fast-paced client groups.

  • Experience Identifying and resolving key issues from partial/conflicting data.

  • Focused on big picture when solving problems by identifying and recommending targeted improvements.

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel to provide accurate and succinct reports that add value and deliver on organization needs.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably within Business Administration, Business Management or Human Resources

  • Desirable, 2+ years supporting HR through projects, reporting, and process improvement, as well as supporting HR administration of confidential information

  • Advanced or specialized skills regarding the automation of HR processes

  • Skilled in developing long-term solutions to maximize digital tool adoption

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Power (including Power Apps, Automate (Workflow), Power BI, Power Shell, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Pages)

  • Solid understanding of large HR organizations, operating in multiple countries

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:

  • Working knowledge of regional HR operations supporting a global organization by leveraging data intelligence for business insights and reporting on various business clients

  • 2 years+ in supporting HR organizations with analytics, reporting, and implementation & maintenance of program or solutions.

  • Experience working with highly confidential data.

  • Project coordination and/or project management experience

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$25,425.00 - $37,950.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
