About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated leader with a passion for customer service and road safety to oversee a dynamic team in our Topsham branch office. As a Branch Manager, you will supervise staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while training employees on vehicle and license service transactions. You will also manage back-office duties, including transaction verifications, cash reconciliations, and inventory records, as well as maintain the branch in customer-ready condition by working closely with the landlord. Additionally, you'll contribute to various projects assigned by leadership.

In this role, you will:
Supervise staff work activities and maintain consistent application of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Train employees on completing transactions within the policies, procedures and laws relating to vehicle services and license services.
Reviews and processes daily back-office duties including transaction verifications, cash reconciliations, and inventory records.
Work with landlord to always maintain the branch in customer ready condition.
Participate in projects as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
A combination of six (6) years of education, training, and/or experience in business or public administration.
At least one (1) year of experience in business management, accounting, personnel management, motor vehicle law and regulations, or a related field. Equivalent work experience can be substituted for educational requirements.
