Ministry Support (Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries) Receptionist in Topton, Pennsylvania
Category/Shift/Hours per 2 week pay period: Part-Time / Day Shift / 50 hours per pay period

General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing clerical duties to support the facility administrative offices.
- Greets and interacts with visitors including relatives, clergy, volunteers, etc. in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner; announces guests to appropriate departments.
Answers and places telephone calls; transfers calls to staff; takes messages; assists callers if possible.
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in business curriculum.
Experience: No experience required.
ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills
