What the day will look like

As an Analyst in our Client Information Management team you will be supporting client teams in the servicing of clients with respect to plan design, contract management and benchmarking. Working with senior team members you will be involved with a variety of client deliverables including but not limited to reporting, database maintenance and validation, and plan design summaries.

  • Support and maintain data collection and accuracy in Aon’s proprietary client information platform;

  • Review, audit and maintain client plan information;

  • Compare and review plan summaries working with client teams

  • Draft correspondence;

  • Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively on cross functional teams with colleagues, client teams and carriers;

  • Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve standardized processes to contribute to client deliverables;

  • Develop a working knowledge of the firm’s structure, solution lines, key personnel and organizational policies and procedures and how this relates to increasing value to clients;

  • Participate in team projects and activities which drive innovation, improved client value and

  • business result

  • Translate documents, if applicable

  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests

  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when working on sensitive / confidential material

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of progressive work experience in group insurance would be considered an asset;

  • Demonstrated skills in organization, collaboration, detail oriented;

  • Bi-lingual (English, French) abilities would be considered an asset;

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) skills;

  • Must be a highly motivated, accountable, customer service and team oriented individual;

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to work under deadlines, and work on several projects simultaneously is critical;

  • Works well as part of a team and ability to self-manage;

  • Ability to discover, ask key questions and seek for guidance where appropriate. Interest to think beyond day to day task and understand how your work aligns to the success of Aon’s Health Solutions practice; and

  • Applicants who do not have the industry experience but have the required education and skills will also be considered.

    Education:

  • University or College graduate, or related discipline, or equivalent years of industry experience; and
