We are seeking 1 farmworker for general farm labor, including the hand harvest of vegetables and flowers. Responsibilities include: - Manually planting, cultivating, and harvesting vegetables and flowers. - Using hand tools such as shovels, hoes, pruning tools, and knives. - Performing tasks like tilling soil, applying fertilizers, transplanting, weeding, and pruning crops. - Harvesting, cleaning, grading, sorting, packing, and loading harvested products. - Participating in irrigation activities and greenhouse production. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted. The employer will provide all necessary tools and equipment at no cost. Work will be carried out in Monroe and Leelanau County, Michigan. All terms and conditions apply to both domestic and foreign workers.

Work schedule is generally 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be offered but not required.

Employer provides housing at no cost to workers who are not reasonably able to return same day to their residence. Separate sleeping rooms and bathroom facilities are designated for male and female workers. Family housing is not available.
