Job Skills / Requirements

Patrol and/or Protect client sites by foot and/or company vehicle to detect or prevent illegal/unauthorized activities. Alarm response for burglary, fire, motion, etc. Utilize company technology and maintain a daily activity report for the duration of your scheduled shift. Maintain a working knowledge of post orders for each site and adhere to all policies and procedures. We are looking for candidates who can work in a team environment, are capable or working in fast-paced environments, and who can adapt situations as they arise. Patrols will primarily run at night, but senior-level supervisor day shifts may be available.

You will receive advanced training from our nationally certified instructors in:

  • Report writing

  • De-escalation

  • Defensive tactics

  • AVADE

  • OC foam

  • Use of restraints

  • Taser

  • Firearms

Requirements:

  • Genuine desire and interest in the security industry

  • Must be able to obtain WA and OR state security licenses

  • Felonies and/or certain misdemeanors may prevent you from obtaining a security license

  • Must have a clean driving record

  • Background screening

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Adaptability

  • Current Driver's License

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Current vehicle insurance

  • Great communication/Writing skills

  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Pre-employment drug screening

  • Previous military, law enforcement, and/or security experience is a plus

Starting wage $18-$22/DOE

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma GED

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid State Drivers License Licensed Qualifying Agent with Division of Occupation and Professional Licensing
