Zero Defect Capability Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Zero Defect Capability Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing our Zero Defect program to ensure the highest quality standards in all our processes and products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for the Zero Defect program.

  • Ensure that quality goals are achieved by utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and other improvement tools.

  • Lead and train teams in quality and improvement processes.

  • Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate quality standards across all production stages.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance productivity.

  • Evaluate and enhance supplier quality standards.

    The position is based in Trollhättan, Sweden, as such the applicant should be able to get the right to live and work in Sweden. Travel to other locations within both Sweden, EU and US is expected.

Qualifications

  • Relevant university degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management and improvement work.

  • Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
