Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Education and provides administrative support to the Office of Undergraduate Education (75%) and Office of Institutional Research & Assessment (25%) to coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for these offices. The Coordinator provides support for office related functions such as portfolio wide purchasing, event planning, and support to members of the Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE) portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Five (5) or more years of related office experience
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's Degree
Experience with Banner/OSCAR or similar systems.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
Must be able to manage conflicting priorities and the demands of internal and external constituencies in a professional and calm manner
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to work with diverse populations in a team environment is essential
Requires ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to perform basic financial functions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Starting Salary/Rate
Expected hiring range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
