R&L Construction LLC seeks 13 temp FT Concrete Finishers from 10/1/24-12/31/24.

Duties: Must be able to form concrete and check that they are properly constructed, work with basic concrete tools, such as levels, shovels, and trowels, be able to read and follow blueprints, able to signal drivers and other employees, check concrete to make sure it is properly aligned, and at the proper depth, clean equipment, and work areas. Employees will never use heavy machinery.

Employer will provide worker all tools, supplies, & equip. 1 mo. exp. req. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors. Requires physical ability to crouch, kneel, bend over, maneuver in small places.

Worksite: 7173 S. Braden Ave., Tulsa, OK 74136 & multiple other worksites in Tulsa county.

\$20.79/hr, 40 hrs/wk, 8-hour shifts, Mon- Fri, 7am-4pm, some overtime may be available including weekends.; OT may be avail. @ \$31.19/hr Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations.

Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Workers will be paid weekly; the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.
