2nd Shift Electromechanical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler for the 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) with training provided on the 1st shift for the first two weeks starting at 7:00am. This role requires experience in soldering, mechanical assembly, and harness construction.
Responsibilities
Perform soldering, wiring, and crimping tasks.
Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for precise assembly of equipment and products.
Construct and test wire harness connections.
Use various hand tools and fixtures proficiently.
Conduct quality spot checks on products to ensure adherence to specified standards.
Report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions promptly to supervisors.
Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications.
Essential Skills
Minimum 4 years of assembly experience.
Experience in soldering and mechanical assembly.
Ability to construct and test wire harness connections.
Proficiency in using hand tools and fixtures.
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous IPC certification is ideal.
Experience in electronic assembly, crimping, blueprint reading, and electrical wiring.
Ability to conduct quality checks and report inconsistencies.
Capability to rework or repair assembled products.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
