Job Description:
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities :
Check forecast and update PO VC in system.
Contact shipper and obtain cargo ready date, shipment information.
Live booking once receiving SO.
Check space & sailing schedule with carriers following account’s routing guide.
Request Booking and follow Booking Confirmation with the Carrier
Release Booking Confirmation to shipper, proceed data entry timely (CW1, OW).
Submit SI/ VGM to carrier. Issue HBLs/ FCRs to shipper.
Complete data entry.
Check all the documents carefully.
Keep track/ trace and update system timely.
Ensure Billing are accurate and no error.
Other tasks as assigned by management team.
Work Experience / Education :
University Graduation in related field.
Having experience (1-2 years) in freight forwarding.
Good computer literacy
Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
Have teamwork attitude & problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure
Diligent, detail oriented
