JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Nutritional Sciences Department in the College of Health and Human Development is seeking a Human Research Technologist . This individual will be responsible for helping with human subject research projects. This will include helping with the recruitment and scheduling of participants, helping with data collection and data entry. They will ensure quality control of project procedures and survey instruments and assist with other data and administrative tasks to support studies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment materials.

  • Assist in scheduling appointments for individuals to participate in a variety of studies.

  • Assist in revising and deploying surveys and questionnaires for use in a variety of studies.

  • Draft, develop, and review study protocols.

  • Assist in writing abstracts and other scholarly submissions.

  • Assist in reviewing and submitting IRB documents, administrative documents, and budget documents for studies.

  • Supervise schedule and training of other lab members for data collection procedures.

    Requires an Associate's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SPSS, Word, and Excel.

  • Experience with IRB drafting and submission.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$38,300.00 - $55,500.00
