Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Review demand and create production schedules of primary and secondary operations to meet service expectations using expertise related to facility and knowledge of customers. 2. Communicate with sales and customer support regarding orders and lead times. 3. Maintain all master planning data. 4. Monitor inventory levels and focus on meeting monthly inventory targets. 5. Other duties as assigned. Performance Measures and Outcomes 1. OT Shipments 2. Average Lead Time 3. Sales Order Dating 4. Schedule Attainment Education/Certification Level Required: Associate's Degree Level Desired Description: Bachelor's Degree Experience to be considered in lieu of education Work Experience Required: 2-5 years of relevant work experience MRP/ERP system experience Desired: 2-5 years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1. Ability to handle the stress of working with others 2. Ability to be available outside of normal work hours 3. Ability to assess employee performance and coach and develop others 4. Ability to lead by example 5. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles 6. Ability to effectively manage the business relationship and transactions with the suppliers of raw materials or product components 7. Knowledge of the processes, tools, and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials throughout the manufacturing cycle 8.
