Job Title: Cold Header Operator 30/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cold Header Operator for our 1st shift (5:45am - 3:45pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Cold Forming machinery, selecting and installing dies and tooling, performing quality inspections, and troubleshooting machinery defects.
Responsibilities
Setup and operate Cold Forming machinery.
Select and install dies and tooling.
Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Manufacture suspension components, specialty nuts, shafts, bearing rings, plates, etc., for automotive clients such as Honda, Toyota, and Mitsubishi.
Interpret blueprints and drawings.
Troubleshoot and fix defects with machinery.
Lift up to 50lbs.
Essential Skills
At least 3 years of Cold Forming experience.
Experience in setting up machines.
Ability to read blueprints.
Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift 50lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley City, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
