Veritext Legal Solutions Client Services Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia

Overview:

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. The Client Services Manager will drive day-to-day operations, proactively manage client requests and issues on cases and discovery matters while inspiring their team members to work together to exceed our clients' expectations.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain a culture committed to providing exceptional customer service to support our business objectives and growth

  • Manage the day-to-day tasks and workload for members of the Client Services team

  • Provide support to team members as needed and hold them accountable to all standards and best practices, following disciplinary procedures when necessary

  • Develop team members by providing feedback and guidance; ensure they are engaged and progressing along a path of growth opportunities

  • Ensure timecards are completed accurately and on time for the processing of payroll

  • Ensure all client requests received via email and/or phone queue are met in a timely, pleasant and professional manner

  • Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and team members to ensure proper execution of all aspects of upcoming jobs are met

  • Resolve issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution

    Who you are:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on management experience

  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze workflow and effectively lead a team to meet clients' needs

  • Ability to manage internal and external issues with grace and solve problems creatively

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior knowledge of and experience working in the legal and/or customer service industry is preferred
