Insight Global Loyalty Product Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join one of North America's largest Athleisure wear companies. This person will be joining their loyalty team to drive and discover new membership experiences. They will be partnering with UX designers and Architects to set out a clear road map for the organizations loyalty program while setting clear goals around potential new features. This person will also be partnering with vendors to help drive the selected new platform. The chosen candidate will have excellent communication skills and thrive in a team environment.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of product experience with customer-facing applications or customer service applications

Experience with digital technologies, CRM, Data platforms (master data management), CDPs, mareting technology (digital retail a plus)

Experience with building product for Loyalty and/or Membership programs

Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills) Retail experience null
