This is a 36 hour/week, Night shift position; three -12 hour shifts. Hourly compensation is $50.21 – $74.61; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience and/or terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement., depending on RN experience, plus $3.50/hour for Critical Care Resource Team Differential. What you bring:

  • Current Washington RN licensure required by date of hire.

  • American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire.

  • Minimum of 1 year or more of continuous recent (within the last 3 years) medical or surgical intensive care experience.

  • Trauma Core Curriculum (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 12 months of hire.

  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification within 6 months of hire.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work requires active physical exertion up to 33% of the time; ability to lift objects weighing 80 lbs. or less; work requires frequent exposure to minor cold, heat, poor ventilation or sharp instruments; reasonably anticipated exposure to blood and body fluids once per month or more; and duties require the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail (more than 65% of work time).
