Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Include, but are not limited to:
- Troubleshoot and repair property equipment.
- Maintain logs on equipment.
- Proficiency in all phases of operation of fire panels.
- Recommend needed parts for purchase, order parts and services if needed.

``` - Responds to radio, telephone, and verbal requests for maintenance and repairs throughout the property. - Experience with plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, painting, and repair or maintenance of central heating and air conditioning systems. - Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance. - Maintains a safe work environment. - Ability to operate forklift - Ability to operate motor vehicles - Able to operate computer to access work orders, update work orders, and respond to relevant e-mails as needed - Must be self-motivated and be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks on a minute-by-minute basis and ability to meet deadlines. - Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future. - May be required to qualify for and maintain gaming license - May be asked to operate a company vehicle and/or equipment that requires a valid driver's license. - Other duties as assigned
