Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lead Dynamics 365 Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in D365 Customization and Configuration, Plugins, Power Platform, Azure Automation, Azure Repos, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can design implement and manage cloud solutions to drive our company's digital transformation. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable cloud solutions using D365 Customization and Configuration Plugins Power Platform Azure Automation Azure Repos Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
Oversee the integration of cloud services to ensure seamless operation and performance.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on cloud best practices.
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure to support business applications and services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
Implement security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and data.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services and infrastructure.
Create and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of cloud infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to continuously improve our cloud strategy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of cloud solutions.
Provide training and support to team members on cloud technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Azure Automation Azure Repos Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.
Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Show proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell or Python.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Display a proactive approach to learning and staying current with emerging cloud technologies.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $79,240 - $154,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
