Description
We are in search of a diligent Data Entry Clerk to be a part of our team in Vineland, New Jersey. This role entails meticulous data entry, scanning, processing tickets, and maintaining printouts for deliveries in an organized manner. Your primary function will be in the data processing department, where your basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word will be essential.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate data entry and updating of our database systems.
• Scanning documents and maintaining digital filing systems.
• Processing truck tickets in a timely manner.
• Printing out schedules for deliveries and ensuring they are distributed appropriately.
• Maintaining organized and efficient file management systems.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations within the data processing department.
• Using Microsoft Excel and Word for various data entry and administrative tasks.
• Ensuring all the necessary data is available and easily accessible when required.
• Resolving any discrepancies in the data promptly.
• Adhering to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
Requirements • Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and spreadsheet creation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for the creation and editing of documents
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various departments and levels of management
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
• High level of accuracy to ensure the integrity of entered data
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
• Willingness to learn new software and technologies related to data entry and management
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and deadlines
• Demonstrated understanding of data privacy standards
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
