Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead a team of 3 food service workers on the 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm).
This hands-on role involves assisting with deli, grill stations, and supporting dinner and grab-and-go meal preparations for the workers.
Shift:
2nd shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Monday - Friday
Pay: $20.00-$22.00
- Pay is based on experience and interview process.
Responsibilities & Skills
Lead and manage a team of 3 food service workers during the 2nd shift
Assist with food preparation at deli and grill stations
Jump in to help with dinner and grab-and-go meals as needed
Ensure food quality and safety standards are maintained
Skills & Qualifications
Ideally seeking candidates with 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a kitchen, restaurant, corporate, or nursing home facility

- The position is based in the onsite cafeteria at a major company in the Virginia Beach Area.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
