Oneida Technical Solutions Project/Program Analyst in Virginia

We are seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support our Leadership Team on a long-term contract with the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) and the Regional Network Enterprise Center for the National Capital Region (RNEC-NCR).
Responsibilities:
Manage on-boarding documents, forms, and training for new hires
Own and update new hire presentations, training documentation, and new hire processes
Prepare presentations and other materials to support project functions
Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans
Draft correspondence, reports, white papers, minutes, spreadsheets, communications products, briefs, and other documentation
Maintain and track action items and participate in meetings
Assist in tracking required certification status and expiration for a team of 80+
Assist with the completion and submission of account forms for approval
Responsible for process improvement initiatives and execution within areas of responsibility
Provide timely status reporting to Program Managers and Team Leads on new hire status
Provide daily staff tracking emails to Government managers
Train and mentor new personnel on department policies and procedures
Contribute to morale-building and team cohesion exercises and events as needed
Requirements:
CAPM Certification - highly desired
Secret Clearance (fully adjudicated) - required
Experience with MS Office Suite of tools including O365, Sharepoint, and Powerpoint - required
Visio experience preferred
