Camping World Events Logistics Specialist in Virtual, Iowa
Camping World is seeking a Event Logisitics Specialist to join our growing team.
What You'll Do:
· Assist with the execution of Camping World events and shows by creating unit layouts and floorplans for each event in AutoCAD.
· Collaborate with inventory team and local stakeholders to design effective layouts.
· Serve as on-site support when placing units during event setup
· Support Logistics Manager in event preparation and execution as needed both onsite and in warehouse.
· Administrative responsibilities within the Events & Experience department may include invoicing, scheduling meetings, organizing documents for reference, and creating presentations.
· Contribute to brainstorming, consistently monitoring competitive landscape and event marketing trends to make effective recommendations.
· Provides other on-site event support to execute events as needed, flexibility to travel, including nights, weekends, holidays, roughly 50-60% of the time.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of proven experience as a designer or event professional in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, and experience with floorplans.
· Knowledge of recreational vehicles, including types, layouts, classes, etc.
· Experience with inventory management.
· Strong project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
· Ability to think both creatively and strategically to make changes as needed
· Demonstrates positive energy and attitude while gracefully handling stress in the face of challenges and deadlines
· Seamlessly build relationships across multiple groups and communicate effectively with both peers and upper management, both written and verbally
· Must be able to perform physical tasks (lifting over 30-40lbs, standing and walking for long periods of time)
· Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:
$50,900.00-$69,950.00 Annual
