Position Summary:

We are looking for a Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to lead our external IAM systems. This dual-faceted role demands a savvy leader who excels in both technical mastery and personnel management. You’ll be the cornerstone of our customer-facing IAM services, crucial for the seamless operation of our software solutions across the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
We will rely on you for the following:
Architect and steer an Identity and Access Management strategy that not only fortifies our security but also underpins the reliability of our external software systems.
Provide technical and personal leadership to our Identity and Access Management Support Engineers, nurturing a team that excels in customer engagement and technical problem-solving.
Formulate Identity and Access Management policies and protocols that align with global compliance standards, focusing on external system requirements.
Innovate and implement Identity and Access Management solutions that bolster our customer-facing software, incorporating OAUTH 2.0 and OIDC flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Identity and Access Management framework is robust, user-friendly, and scalable.
Understand and address the Identity and Access Management needs of our diverse clientele, delivering tailored solutions that enhance user experience.
Initiate and conduct training programs to elevate Identity and Access Management understanding, emphasizing its impact on customer satisfaction and trust.
Continuously evaluate and refine the Identity and Access Management program, ensuring it remains agile and responsive to customer needs.
Manage Identity and Access Management support metrics with an eye on optimizing customer interactions and system reliability.
What You Bring to The Team:
Over 5 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on external identity systems and customer-oriented solutions.
Strong technical foundation in IAM technologies, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAUTH 2.0, and OIDC.
A history of deploying IAM in complex, customer-centric environments, particularly cloud-based platforms.
Comprehensive knowledge of compliance regulations pertinent to external IAM systems.
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for inspiring teams and engaging with stakeholders globally.
Sharp analytical skills and a strategic approach to overcoming IAM challenges.
It would be awesome if you have:
- Proficiency in managing RESTful APIs for user and application administration in a customer-facing context.

Please note if you are employed full-time, the salary for this position ranges from 4000 EUR gross (before taxes-Lithuania) depending on knowledge and experience.
