A Day in the Life

• Lead the remote sales team to achieve annual sales targets for specific Operating Units (OUs) in terms of revenues and margins,

• Formulate sales targets in consultation with Country Leader following the Commercial Excellence drivers and analysis,

• Motivate and manage team of remote sales representatives in the assigned region and division,

• Ensure the selection and recruitment of high-quality employees in line with company requirements utilizing appropriate selection techniques,

• Control and monitor the execution of contracts, by using commercial tools and lead the price strategy per account in accordance with country price strategy per product category,

• Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the sales teams to execute and accelerate on these opportunities, facilitates country specific implementation of key field development strategies,

• Develop and drive appropriate portfolio management strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to gain, expand and protect market share,

• Build and maintains excellent relationship with Customers, Hospital administrative staff, local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and all other Health Care System Stakeholders,

• Create a demand for product and assure the process for revenue sales income according with the country specific sales strategy,

• Assure alignment with Regional Market Development strategy, ensure alignment of education and clinical activities, develop, and execute local awareness programs to improve specific target education.

Must Haves

• Work experience of at least 5 years in the same or similar jobs,

• Work experience in the same or similar jobs in international companies (preferably in the medical industry, as well as in the given territory),

• Experience in dealing with distributors and in direct sales is desirable,

• Experience in personnel management,

• Communication skills, organization, entrepreneurship, innovation,

• Ability to work in a team at the international level,

• Knowledge of the basics of the financial system and legality of the market, as well as knowledge of the market itself,

• High level of English and local language skills,

• Computer knowledge,

• Excellent knowledge of the rules of administration,

• Readiness for frequent business trips around the country and abroad,

• Possession of a valid driver's license
