Cardinal Health Associate Product Specialist in Singapore

Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for customer and account management in the Medical Solutions business unit. This will include:

• Knowing key decision makers, developing rapport, and understanding whole decision-making process.

• Expanding business by developing new accounts.

• Performing customer visits and conduct presentations, seminars, in service

• Identifying red flags with account, handling objections, identifying influencers and knowing competitors.

• Planning weekly/ monthly sales activities.

• Executing delegated strategies to develop and grow business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute competitive action plans to achieve sales target

• Pick up product knowledge and information to be a specialist in area

• Launch products to target customers through sales promotion and activity

• Organize product training and provide qualified service to healthcare professionals to deliver accurate usage of products

• Focus on key products and new products aligned with the strategy of company

• Instant and accurate reporting about product complaints complying with company policy

• Report market situation and competitor activity to management with accuracy

• Work in compliant and ethical manner; always adhere to company policies & local regulations

• Teamwork to achieve individual and team’s goals – work with marketing & sales teams, QRA, Business Admin, external partners – to be able to serve customers’ needs

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in related field preferred

• 1-3 years’ sales experience in medical/pharmaceutical industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Results focused and deliver results by adopting flexible, innovative, and compliant approach

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

• Valid driver’s license
