Google Strategic Partner Manager, Content Partnerships, YouTube (English, Tagalog) in Singapore

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1 year of experience in business development, business, account management, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Tagalog fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

  • Experience as a content creator, with finding, developing, and managing YouTube creators.

  • Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.

  • Experience in working with data.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve processes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation planning, and time management skills.

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of content partners, which includes day-to-day partnership activities, performance growth, and advocate internally on behalf of our partners.

  • Define, model, execute against and analyze key distribution and product adoption metrics and recommend improvements internally and to partners, as well as develop new opportunities.

  • Work with teams, across the YouTube Business Organization and cross-functional teams (e.h., Business, Marketing, Policy, Communication, Legal, etc.) to bring the solutions to partners.
