The Challenge

As the Senior Manager of Content Marketing for the Within3 marketing team, you will manage Within3’s content strategy in alignment with team and business goals, write high-quality copy, ensure consistency in brand voice and tone, and support Within3’s SEO strategy.

You’ll work with marketing team members to understand our audience and go-to-market messaging and consistently produce content supporting our overall marketing strategy. Outside marketing, you’ll interact with leadership and internal subject matter experts to learn about our product, mission, and customers and apply that knowledge to creating engaging content.

What you can expect from the opportunity

• Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals

• Develop engaging content across all formats, including e-books, blog posts, video scripts, webinar abstracts, infographics, and other deliverables as needed

• Collaborate with lead designer and other team members to produce high-quality content

• Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met

• Deliver content to the organization and teach stakeholders how to use it

• Edit, proofread, repurpose, and improve content

• Optimize content based on intelligence from Semrush and Google Analytics

• Analyze web traffic metrics

• Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence

Requirements

What you need to grow and succeed

• 7+ years of experience as a content marketing manager or content writer

• Strong understanding of the essential components of a content strategy

• 2+ years experience managing SEO strategy and execution, with the ability to conduct research and incorporate it into content strategy

• 1+ years of experience using generative AI to support and scale content development

• Editorial mindset and previous experience being a steward of brand voice

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Proven experience in managing or supporting a content strategy at a B2B SaaS business

• Proficiency in WordPress, Semrush, Elementor, Descript, Hubspot, Airtable, or similar tools

• Project management skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with or previous experience in the pharmaceutical/Life Science industry is a plus, but not required
