To strengthen our HUB HR team in Pilsen we are looking for:
Compensation & Benefit Specialist
who will be responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of Compensation & Benefits programs and processes in the EMEA region (Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Turkey, UAE, UK).This will involve close cooperation with several functions such as legal, tax, finance, payroll, and HR.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for all Compensation & Benefits needs in the EMEA Region
Support the development, improvement and implementation of global Compensation & Benefits guidelines, processes, tools and projects
Plan, design, and evaluate competitive C&B structures of the abovementioned countries, policies, programs, and processes for country-specific C&B topics, such as salary structure, incentives, employee benefits such as pension, and insurance schemes
Drive the regional coordination of regional C&B topics and ensure local compliance to all global HR C&B Governance guidelines, structures, plans and processes
Guide HR and key stakeholders, using data and market driven analysis and evaluations
Act as an expert consultant
Responsible for Benchmarking exercises, including data preparation and delivery
Coordinate annual salary budgeting and reviewing process for the region to obtain HQ approval
Develop effective rewards communications and training for the different audiences in the region and hierarchies
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business - or People Management, Economics or Mathematics
Minimum 5 years of professional compensation & benefits experience with both operational and strategic skills (focusing on the EMEA region is beneficial)
Analytical skills, with significant experience in gathering and filtering data to perform quantitative and qualitative data analyses
Operating with significant autonomy and discretion
Confident and convincing at a management level, and at the same time sensitive towards local business needs
Strong management through collaboration and negotiation and the ability to influence and advise in a matrix environment
Fluent in English
