The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to implement strategic initiatives, with a strong talent for project coordination and cross-functional collaboration. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for operational excellence and values humility, curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Lead and manage complex, large-scale projects that span multiple departments and functions

  • Support the scoping, definition, implementation, and adherence to SOPs, best practices, workflows, and processes across our teams

  • Create execution-focused program plans that clearly outline goals and objectives, milestones, dependencies, change management strategies, and success criteria

  • Anticipate roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and rightsize projects to ensure successful delivery and execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional PMO program managers to drive the successful end-to-end execution and delivery of interdependent initiatives, including creation and execution of promotional plans and content for launch events, product launches, and campaigns

  • Maintain deep understanding of project status, interdependencies, and risk; disseminate and communicate to cross-functional teams during monthly interlock meetings

  • Other responsibilities as directed

You may be a good fit for our team if you have:

  • 3-5 years in business-to-business (B2B) product marketing, pricing, or business planning functions

  • Proven experience leading complex programs in a fast-paced environment

  • Bias for action and an intrinsic ability to manage through ambiguity
