Perform electrical, paint and/or carpentry repairs of accessories and equipment on the company's premises.
Monitor the installation, relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
Maintain and repair production support air compressors, air dryers and vacuum systems.
Perform simple engineering calculations for proposed new equipment.
Update mechanical prints when you change the command.
Keep all air conditioning and ventilation equipment within manufacturer's specifications.
Send proposals and recommendations to the department supervisor for updates or changes.
Maintain the maintenance records of each responsible team.
Troubleshoot and perform regular inspections to determine the necessary maintenance work.
Follow preventive maintenance instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented.
Comply with all safety and health standards and regulations associated with this position and according to the supervisor's instructions.
Comply with and follow all procedures within the company's security policy.
Can perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Provide support to all Safety, Health and Environment (EHS) programs and initiatives in order to support our zero accident culture.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
4 -6 years of experience in the field of maintenance.
Proven skills required to get the job done.
