ZEN, the leading tech-travel company in Southeast Asia is looking for a Business Development Executive to further expand its successful business.

ZEN is a travel technology group for Southeast Asian budget & mid-range hotels. We provide state-of-the-art technology solutions for hotel clients to help them increase revenue and achieve operational efficiency. The pandemic has accelerated the need for tech-driven marketing and operations innovation in hospitality and 2021 has been a great year for us. About the role
Are you a stubborn person who's not afraid of rejection? Do you love talking to people and building relationships? Are you a negotiator who gets excited about closing deals? Do you tell stories that elicit emotions in your audience? Then our Business Development Manager position is the right position for you!
As a Business Development Executive a typical week might include the following:
Pitch complex ZEN SaaS Services with multiple hotel managers and/or owners
Write a win-win proposal
Persistently follow up on your proposals
Chat and laugh with team and partake in friendly team competition
Persistently negotiate on the deal
Close the sale, and figure out how to spend the boatloads of commissions earned

2 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, SaaS, startup, IT consulting, or travel tech, is a plus
