NDSCS (North Dakota State College of Science) has openings for Building Service Technicians.
TYPE OF APPOINTMENT:
Full-time, 12-month, benefited position

JOB SUMMARY:The Building Services Technician plays a critical role in helping maintain safe, orderly, sanitary, and above all, inviting educational facilities at NDSCS. Duties and services associated with this position include custodial work and minor maintenance.
Several Building Services Technician positions are available, with differing hours. The hours available are:
- Monday-Friday 2-10:30 p.m.
- Monday-Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Academic Year- Monday-Thursday 12:30-9 p.m. and 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Friday
- Summer- Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

SALARY:Starting at $36,115 commensurate with education and experience

- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment, or willingness to be trained
Preferred Qualifications

1+ year related experience
1+ year floor care/maintenance experience
Valid drivers license
Basic computer skills
