Description
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Options Administrator in the Real Estate Development industry, based in Walnut Creek, California. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in assisting real estate buyers by facilitating change orders and purchase orders related to home building aspects such as electrical, solar, and plumbing, painting and room alteration selections. The role requires extensive coordination with construction teams, subcontractors, and buyers, and will utilize both Excel and our company database.
Options Administrator Responsibilities:
• Assist in the issuing of change and purchase orders for home buyers
• Coordinate with various teams including construction teams, project superintendent and subcontractors regarding change orders
• Utilize Excel and company database for issuing orders and maintaining records
• Ensure efficient and effective communication with many different teams simultaneously
• Handle customer service duties including answering inbound calls, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit and monitor accounts regularly
• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative task

Requirements • Must possess the ability to expertly answer inbound calls, showcasing excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry is essential.
• Proficiency in email correspondence is required, displaying strong written communication skills.
• The candidate should be experienced in handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with clients.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary to handle data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is required to manage emails, calendars, and appointments efficiently.
• The applicant must be skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint to create and deliver presentations.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word is required to draft, edit, and format documents effectively.
