Robert Half Workplace Experience Coordinator in Warner Robins, Georgia

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Warner Robins, Georgia, United States. This role serves as a key component of our operations, providing support and coordination activities related to delivery of workplace experience services. The industry we operate in demands a high level of customer service and communication skills, along with proficiency in office functions and various software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coordination and administrative support for the delivery of Workplace Services, including Concierge, Reception/Switchboard, Conference Meeting Room Management, and A/V Support.

• Assist the Workplace Experience leadership team with general administrative support including invoice processing, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

• Request building and/or equipment services as needed and manage the accuracy of production.

• Handle administrative support for the Workplace Experience team as directed, including expense management, meeting coordination, and care and supply management of office and workplace experience equipment.

• Conduct customer service tasks such as processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Handle office/front desk support duties, including but not limited to, receptionist duties, correspondence, and onboarding.

• Perform ad hoc financial tasks and other related duties as needed.
