ManpowerGroup Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer in Warren, Michigan
Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their growing team. As a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the Manufacturing Engineering Department, supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with exceptional problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer
Location: Warren, MI
Pay Range: $38-41/hr
What’s the Job?
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficient production of high-quality parts and assemblies.
Lead the design, construction, and implementation of new equipment and tooling for improved production flow.
Champion Lean principles and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure smooth product launches.
Provide technical leadership and direction to internal and external teams.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
Proven track record managing major projects, including new product launches.
Experience leading and providing technical direction to teams.
Demonstrated success in Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
