Job Overview

The Business Process Expert - Analytics and Master Data is part of the business transformation team with a high focus on process optimization, automation, and digitalization. This person is responsible for standardizing and optimizing business processes related to data and analytics identifying areas for improvement and leading the implementation of changes cross-regional as part of our ERP implementation for our direct markets. This role requires strong analytical and process-oriented thinking, possesses knowledge of AI and mathematical competencies to apply to solving business problems. This role will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into Data Science solutions and taking on a leadership role in the execution of various projects that require deep knowledge of AI and mathematical competencies.

The role will be responsible for designing and deploying standardized process in customer experience within the EEMEA region working with the Business Transformation Team and the IT functions to improve the performance in terms of order management and key transactions with end customers. Possesses knowledge of AI and mathematical competencies to apply to solving business problems. This role will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into Data Science solutions and taking on a leadership role in the execution of various projects that require deep knowledge of AI and mathematical competencies.

What you will do

  • Identify opportunities for improving analytics methodologies and processes to drive more efficient and effective insights and outcomes with a focus on operational activities.

  • Collaborate with global MDM (Master Data Management) team, IT and local teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency of critical data across all systems and platforms by aligning data and analytics strategies with organizational objectives.

  • Implement and oversee data quality controls and validation processes to ensure high-quality data for accurate analytics and reporting.

  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance policies and standards to ensure responsible data management and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating data and analytics concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.

  • Lead and participate in projects related to data and analytics, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met for successful implementation with accurate data.

  • Collaborate with Operations and other teams to define KPI`s and required PowerBI reports to track business results and identify opportunities for improvement.

What you need
