Job Description
Seeking a diligent Superintendent to oversee a $10 million roof renovation project involving historic preservation elements such as replacing Spanish tiles. This role entails comprehensive project management, from planning work activities, promoting safety and quality culture, to coordinating with subcontractors and overseeing installations based on contract documents. The Superintendent will be integral in maintaining and executing quality assurance programs, participating in key meetings, and potentially managing or closing out projects. This position requires acute attention to detail, strong construction management skills, and a commitment to continual improvement in various professional areas.
