Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate 3, 4, and 5 axis machines, primarily working with mills. This role involves setting up and operating Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines, performing setups, changeovers, and running the machines. You will be responsible for deburring and blending parts to ensure they meet tight tolerances, and you may assist with troubleshooting and programming adjustments.
Responsibilities
Operate 3, 4, and 5 axis machines, primarily mills.
Set up and operate Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines.
Perform own setups, changeovers, and runs.
Perform deburring and blending to ensure parts are within tolerance.
Troubleshoot and work with the programming group for updates.
Make G code and M code updates and document changes for future runs.
Work mainly off NX software, with some use of Catia.
Essential Skills
2+ years of CNC experience.
Experience with Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines preferred.
Experience with NX or Catia software preferred.
Ability to perform own setups, runs, and changeovers.
Proficiency in deburring and blending as needed.
Must have a valid birth certificate to satisfy US Export Controls requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with high precision and tight tolerances.
Ability to collaborate with programming teams for troubleshooting and updates.

Work Environment
We have openings on various shifts: M-Th day shift, M-Th night shift (4:18 pm - 2:30 am) with an 18% shift differential, weekend days (F, Sat, Sun 5 am - 5 pm) with a 28% shift differential, and weekend nights (F, Sat, Sun 5 pm - 5 am) with a 28% shift differential. The work environment is climate controlled, and overtime is available on a voluntary basis, depending on workload and machine assignments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44033.00 - $62857.00/yr.
