Job Summary: The Manufacturing Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process. The operator ensures that machines run efficiently, safely, and produce high-quality products. This position requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate production machinery according to company guidelines and safety procedures. -Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. -Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects or irregularities. -Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper functioning. -Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance staff when needed. -Maintain accurate records of machine usage, production output, and any issues encountered. -Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. -Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. -Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent. -Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment (required). -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. -Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. -Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
